Shane O’Brien | Creative Director

As Partner and Creative Director, Shane leads the design department in establishing the vision for each project. Prior to Blue Wave Design, Shane held Art Director positions with some of the areas most cutting edge agencies. Shane has extensive experience in all phases of graphic design as well as web design and development.

Projects include but are not limited to the design and implementation of logos, collateral, large scale graphics for tradeshow booths and outdoor advertising, retail store displays, and websites for corporate, retail and manufacturing firms.


Eileen Wilkins | Business Development

Eileen, as Partner and President of Business Development, is the major contact for clients. Eileen learns as much as possible about our clients through investigation and research and lays the foundation for the scope of work. Together with the Creative Director, plans are developed to guide clients in establishing brand new or invigorated images.

Eileen has worked in advertising and marketing in the area for over 20 years. Responsibilities have included but are not limited to writing annual reports to trade show booth design and refurbishing; advertisement, brochure, direct mail and website copy writing and assisting in vendor production activities. Prior to Blue Wave Design Eileen held marketing positions for medical and scientific manufacturing companies.
